Plumbing:
In general, expect an hourly, rate between $100 – $150 depending on the plumber.
Tiling:
Expect to be quoted on a per square metre rate ranging from $35 – $120 per square metre. $60 per square metre is the average for laying bathroom tiles.This would not include the tiles – your tile prices will depend of what you choose.
Toilet:
Depending on the toilet you choose, this can range from $150 to $750 (some boutique brands are considerably more).
Vanity:
Bathroom vanities range in size and quality from $450 to $1500.
Shower screens:
Shower screens vary in price according to their size and quality and expect a price of $600 or more.
Baths:
Ceramic and fiberglass baths average from $130 to $350 and a free standing bath from $900+ depending on the quality.
Waterproofing:
This is a very important part to ensure you don’t end up with leaks! Expect it to range between $500 to $750 for an average sized bathroom.
